This article has provided the reader with a broad outline of the UK’s Service Cadet Organisations. It outlines what they are, the four organisations, and the training that young people may undertake during their time with the cadets, which includes a wide range of military activities, adventurous training, and community work. It also highlights the role of the 13 RFCA’s and how they support the cadets. The article outlines the role of CFAV’s and the benefits of becoming one, as well as outline some groups that have an impact on the cadets.
