The Royal Military Academy Sandhurst (RMAS) is always on the lookout for NCO instructors to train the next generation of the British Army’s leaders.
It is a very good career booster, especially for non-infantry personnel.
The process can take up to two years to complete due to the pre-requisite courses required. Candidates will usually have to successfully pass a Pre-Cadre with their own Corps/Regiment before applying for the RMAS Selection course held at RMAS.
Further information on this can be found here (towards the bottom of the page).
