Eggs are another good way to burn fat. They are low in calories, high in protein, and increase your metabolism. If eating eggs, avoid cooking them in butter or oil to keep them as healthy as possible. Hard-boiled eggs are easy to cook and make a quick, healthy snack.

Chilli peppers or cayenne pepper supplements are another fat-burning food. Chilli peppers contain a compound known as capsaicin, which can reduce your appetite and boost your metabolism.
