Obesity, Potatoes & Noodles

The main carbohydrate source driving obesity in the US has been identified as the potato, but in Korea this dubious accolade may go to the instant noodle.

A dietary survey found that consumption of these noodles was associated with metabolic syndrome in women but not men.
