The Joint Service Housing Advice Office (JSHAO) has launched an online forum for service personnel and families.

The Skype presentation is still delivered in the same format, with a financial mortgage advisor online, providing details on the mortgage process and answering any queries.

This new delivery method provides personnel and their families with the ability to attend via visual access or dial-in for an audible version.

Copies of the presentation will be sent to emails for those dialling in.

The JSHAO also has the ability to tailor presentations to suit different audiences.
