The Defence General Munitions (DGM) Project Team, part of the Weapons Operating Centre, is responsible for the acquisition, in-service management and disposal of all general munitions in support of all three Services.

Within the inventory, DGM manages over 700 different explosive natures as well as several hundred non-explosive items.
