For those of you looking to attend the British Army’s Army Officers Selection Board (AOSB), you may find the material below of some use in preparing for it:
- AOSB – Aptitude Test, consisting of:
- Verbal reasoning.
- Numerical reasoning.
- Abstract reasoning.
- AOSB – Memory & Attention Test (MAT) & AOSB Personality Assessment.
- AOSB – Practice Planning Exercise (2006-08).
These materials, developed and published by the British Army, were designed to be taken on a computer (except the planning exercise) at your local recruiting office.
Although this iteration of the tests are outdated, they still provide a clear indication of what the British Army is looking for when assessing and testing potential officers.
