The five most common categories for rejection for each period are as follows (in decreasing order of frequency):

  • 2012-2013: Medical, Eligibility, Motivation/Commitment, Residency/Nationality and Delinquency/Crime.
  • 2013-2014: Medical, Eligibility, Residency/Nationality, Tattoo/Piercings and Motivation/Commitment.
  • 2014-2015 (to end of December): Medical, Eligibility, Residency/Nationality, Tattoo/Piercings and Motivation/Commitment.Training, Shelter Lesson
