Graduate Recruitment: The Cost of Getting It Wrong

Did you know that of the £888 million spent on the the graduate recruitment market in 2013, £112 million was wasted according to a report by CEB; an advisory firm.

The report states that 20% of graduates apply for jobs that do not interest them, just to get on the jobs ladder. 1 in 4 (25%) are expected to leave within twelve months to get the job that they really want, and two thirds (66%) regret accepting the job as soon as they start.
