What was the Average Enlistment Age for the British Army (2011-2014)?

The average age on enlistment to the untrained Regular, other ranks only, between 2011 and 2014 was 20 years 8 months.

This figure is based on those who joined the untrained Regular Army only (may include rejoiners) and therefore excluded all officers, Gurkhas, full-time reserve service (FTRS), mobilised reserves, Army Reserve, and all other reserves.
